Gout flare (supportive)

A hot first MTP is gout until the crystal or the uric acid story says otherwise. Devil's claw and turmeric are inflammatory-pain adjuncts with thin gout-specific files. Cherry is not in this catalog. Do not stack salicylate bark onto CKD and allopurinol confusion. Septic joint is the miss that matters.
