Ask Assistant about thisThis page exists so you do not replace a working stimulant with bacopa. Camellia tea and guarana-adjacent caffeine are just caffeine — they stack with a stimulant and wreck sleep. Bacopa (brahmi) has small cognitive-trial literature that is not an ADHD indication. Rhodiola is a fatigue/stress plant, not a dopamine file. Kids are not mini-adults for any of this.
