Confirm fungus if you are going to commit to months of anything. Tea tree has some trial data and a lot of irritation; it is not terbinafine. Neem is traditional topical. Interdigital maceration in a diabetic is a footwear and vascular conversation, not oil. Keep neat oil off fissures.
