Tension-type headache

Topical peppermint oil has human data for tension-type headache. Feverfew is more migraine-prevention than TTH. Rule out secondary headache.

    Typical. Topical as studied. Keep off eyes and mucosa. Not for infants.

    Safety. Irritation. Never oral oil for this indication as first-line.

    Inhaled oil is traditional for tension; oral Silexan is an anxiety plant that may help the substrate.

    Typical. Inhaled; do not drink the bottle.
