Restless legs (mild)

Check ferritin (often treat <75), skip caffeine, review SSRIs/dopamine blockers. Valerian/passionflower are sleep-overlap sedatives, not RLS disease-modifiers. Do not invent a dopamine-herbal stack (mucuna) without neurology.
