Recurrent UTI prevention

Define recurrent. Culture. Anatomical and GSM questions matter more than juice. PAC-standardized cranberry has mixed RCT data for prevention. Sugar-load juice is a glucose problem. Uva-ursi is a short-course traditional urinary antiseptic — not chronic, not pregnancy, not CKD. Acute pyelo is antibiotics.
