Ask Assistant about thisWheals that move in 24 hours are urticaria. Angioedema of tongue/throat is epinephrine. Chronic spontaneous urticaria is a different, often antihistamine-up-dosing conversation. Do not start a 'histamine-herbal stack.' Colloidal oatmeal is for the itch leftover. Chamomile can worsen atopic/allergic skin.
